The goals of our individual music therapy sessions are tailored to meet the unique needs of the participant. These sessions aim to harness the therapeutic power of music to address various physical, emotional, cognitive, and social aspects of an individual's well-being.
The goals of group music therapy sessions are designed to create a supportive and collaborative environment where individuals interact through music to achieve shared objectives. Group sessions leverage the social dynamics and collective engagement inherent in music, fostering a sense of community and mutual support in the pursuit of shared goals
Telehealth sessions are available for both individual and group music therapy sessions, and are delivered online via video conferencing software, messaging, and video call. These sessions utilise technology to create meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences.
Our Telehealth sessions are all run using secure networks.
In schools, hospitals, homes, and day programs, we see children and young adults with a range of disabilities. Programs are developed to enhance cognitive ability, emotional awareness and regulation, communication and language skills.
Our adult programs prioritise well-being and independence by utilising intentional music interventions to address goal areas such as social engagement, communication, physical health, mental health, cognitive ability, and more.
Our home, hospital and residential care sessions for older adults aim to boost cognitive and emotional well-being, social connection, and assist with anxiety relief, depression, and other physical and mental health challenges.
